These terms govern your use of Lineup, operated by Dawit ("we", "us"). By using Lineup you agree to these terms.
Lineup is a free event waitlist tool. It allows organisers to create events with a referral-based waitlist, and allows attendees to register and share their spot to move up the line. The service is provided at no charge and without any guarantee of uptime, continued availability, or feature completeness.
As an event organiser you are solely responsible for the events you create, the information you publish, and how you communicate with your registrants. You must not use Lineup to:
Lineup is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees about availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for any loss of data, lost registrations, or any other damages arising from use of the service.
You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or engage in activity harmful to other users — without prior notice.
The Lineup name, logo, and software are owned by Dawit. You retain all rights to the event content and registrant data you create through the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of Lineup after a change means you accept the updated terms.
